Cross-cultural feedback
The course is for everyone who wants to use feedback to become better at their job and to help colleagues and partners improve their competences.
Feedback is a sensitive process, and it can often be reduced to an unstructured and superficial conversation that does not create actual value or change. Ideally, feedback opens the door to new insights, allowing you to change your behaviour and forms a basis for better and more effective collaboration between people.
This course is based on GlobalDenmark’s feedback tool that can be used to create a constructive feedback culture. Structured feedback strengthens personal development and learning in a cross-disciplinary, international or multi-cultural environment.
How we do it
You will learn to use GlobalDenmark’s simple feedback tool that enables you to give and receive feedback, develop your own and other people’s competences as well as to share your knowledge across cultural, professional and language boundaries.
You will receive a diploma when you have completed the course.
